Lawn Core Aeration services in Calgary

We schedule the Lawn aeration service, depending on weather and the availability in the area, for the day . Should we be unable to provide the service on the scheduled day, due to weather, we will reschedule accordingly.

We send out email reminders the day before we visit the property to provide the lawn aeration service. We also notify by email in case the service gets rescheduled.

Property owners are not required to be present during the Lawn aeration service, as long as our crews have access to the area they need to work. Front and back yard should be easily accessible, with enough clearance (36"+) to move the equipment.

For best results the soil needs to be moist under the surface, to allow extraction of deep cores. Please make sure to water the day before the service is scheduled. Please make sure to clear the lawn for debris, patio furniture, toys, tools or other objects, before our crew arrives to provide the Lawn aeration service. Our crews are not allowed to touch or move any client property present on the grass at the time of the service.

Pets should be kept secure, away from the working area, during the Lawn aeration service. We do not pick pet waste, it is for the property owners to make sure the waste has been picked up before our crews arrive.

We do not rake the core plugs off the lawn after the service. If Lawn aeration service is paired with the Power raking service, we can do the aeration first and then power raking, followed by manual raking, which will remove the core plugs. Up to the client.

Due to the weight of the equipment we use for the Lawn aeration service, we can't move the equipment up/down the stairs. If there is no ramp available to access the work areas, we will not be able to provide the service.

For properties with inground sprinkler system, the owners are required to flag the sprinkler heads, before our crews arrive to provide the Lawn aeration service.

No deposit required, no cancellation fees, no auto-renewals, no up front payments. Lawn core aeration bookings can be canceled at any time, prior to scheduled service date.

Our displayed rates for Lawn aeration services, apply to regular size properties, for larger properties we will provide custom quotes. There are no other extra/hidden charges outside the displayed or quoted rates, except for tax.

Property owners needs to ensure there is parking available in front or immediate vicinity of the property, at the time our crews arrive to provide the Lawn aeration service. There has to be enough space to accommodate a vehicle with a tow behind trailer.

We bill for our Lawn aeration services, after the service has been provided, we send the invoices out by email, a few days after the service has been completed.

For any requests specific to a worksite, please make sure to inform our crews ahead of time, so they are aware.
