We use recurring schedules for weekly and biweekly lawn mowing services. We try to keep the service the same day of the week, weather permitting. If rain occurs, we will pause operations and resume either later the same day, or the next dry day. You will receive a notification regarding the schedule shift.

Yes, we send out email reminders the day before we visit the property to provide the lawn mowing service. We also notify by email in case the service gets rescheduled.

We love dogs, but our equipment doesn't love dog mess! To ensure a clean cut and keep our equipment sanitary for the next client, we ask that you **please clean up all pet waste** prior to your scheduled service day. If excessive waste is present, we may mow around the area or skip the service for that week to prevent spreading it across your yard.

No, we do not push our clients into contracts. There are no prepayments and no auto renewals. We invoice after the work is completed.

No, you do not need to be home. Most clients leave the side gate unlocked on their service day. We always ensure the gate is firmly latched before we leave to keep your property safe.

It is up to the client to choose whether we mulch and leave the clippings on the lawn, or bag them.  For bagging, we use paper bags and leave the bags in or by the Green bin, to be picked up by the City Collection Service.

For most part we provide quotes online, or over the phone. We use Google Earth to see the size and layout of the property. In some instances, we will come to your property in order to be able to quote. Please contact us to validate availability for onsite estimates.

Yea, however, due to the fact that it takes longer to cut overgrown grass (taller than 5 inches), extra charges apply. We provide free custom quotes, depending on the size of the lawn and grass condition. 

Yes, the lawn mowing service can be terminated at any time, without penalties or obligations.

We adhere to turf health best practices. For most part of the season, we adjust our decks to **3.0 - 3.5 inches**.  Longer grass shades the soil, reduces evaporation, and chokes out weeds

Yes, the client can switch from weekly to biweekly lawn mowing service, at any time. The service rate will be adjusted accordingly

For a one time service we send an invoice after the service is completed. For repeat, season long mowing, we send invoices at the end of each month. Currently we accept e-transfer and cheques, for payment.

We consider regular size, properties up to 5500sqf. However, depending on the yard layout, bigger properties can also qualify for regular size property pricing.
