Professional Lawn Mowing in Calgary

We use recurring schedules for weekly and biweekly lawn mowing services, and we try to keep the service the same day every week (or every two weeks). Should we be unable to provide the service on the scheduled day, due to weather, we will reschedule accordingly.

We send out email reminders the day before we visit the property to provide the lawn mowing service. We also notify by email in case the service gets rescheduled.

Property owners are not required to be present during the service, as long as our crews have access to the area where they mow and trim. Front and back yard should be easily accessible, with enough clearance to move the equipment. 

Please make sure to clear the lawn for debris, patio furniture, toys, tools and other objects, before our crew arrives to provide the lawn mowing service. Our crews are not allowed to touch or move any client property present on the grass at the time of the service.

Pets should be kept secure, away from the working area, during the lawn mowing service. We do not pick pet waste, it is for the property owners to make sure the waste has been picked up before our crews arrive.

Every lawn mowing service, we bag the grass in paper bags and leave the bags in or by the Green bin, to be picked up by the City Collection Service. Prior to service, clients can advise our crew if they would like the clippings left on your lawn, instead.

We advise our clients not to water the lawn before our crews arrive to provide the lawn mow and trim service. 

Due to the extra time required, we charge extra to cut overgrown grass, taller than 5 inches. Rates depend on the size of the lawn and grass condition. 

No deposit required, no cancellation fees, no auto-renewals, no up front payments. The lawn mowing service can be terminated at any time, without any penalties or obligations.

Our rates for lawn mowing services, apply to regular size properties and cover the lawn within the fenced yard. For areas outside the fence (back alleys and such) extra charges may apply. For corner, pie, sloped and larger lots we will provide custom quotes.  Extra charges apply to overgrown grass. There are no other extra, hidden charges outside the displayed or quoted rates, except for tax.

The client can switch from weekly to biweekly lawn mowing service, at any time, where the service rate will be adjusted accordingly

We bill for our lawn mowing services, after the service has been provided. For season long customers we bill at the beginning of each month, for previous month work, and for one time customers we send the invoices out a few days after the service has been completed.

For any requests specific to a worksite, please make sure to inform our crews ahead of time, so they are aware.
