We schedule the Weed control application, depending on weather and the availability in the area, for the day . Should we be unable to provide the service on the scheduled day, due to weather, we will reschedule accordingly.
We send out email reminders the day before we visit the property to provide the weed control service. We also notify by email in case the service gets rescheduled.
Property owners are not required to be present during the weed control service, as long as our crews have access to the area they need to work. Front and back yard should be easily accessible
Please make sure to clear the lawn, garden, flower beds for debris, patio furniture, toys, tools or other objects, before our crew arrives to provide the weed control or weed removal service. Our crews are not allowed to touch or move any client property present on the grass at the time of the service.
Pets should be kept secure, away from the working area, during the weed control application service. Keep pets away from the treated area for 24 hours following application.
We recommend clients not to cut the grass before weed control application. Also wait 4-5 days after the applicating, before mowing
We use commercial grade, liquid Par III, weed control, applied by backpack sprayers. The solution is not organic, and we recommend clients to keep off the treated area for 24 hours
We instruct clients, not to water the treated area for 24 hours, following the weed control application, and resume the regular watering schedule after that.
No deposit required, no cancellation fees, no auto-renewals, no up front payments. Weed control and weed removal bookings can be canceled at any time, prior to scheduled service date.
Our displayed rates for weed control services, apply to regular size properties, for larger properties we will provide custom quotes. There are no other extra/hidden charges outside the displayed or quoted rates, except for tax.
Property owners need to ensure there is parking available in front or immediate vicinity of the property, at the time our crews arrive to provide the weed control service.
We bill for our weed control services, after the service has been provided, we send the invoices out by email, a few days after the service has been completed.
For any requests specific to a worksite, please make sure to inform our crews ahead of time, so they are aware.
